IF you’d like to get an insurance discount on your optional interior property insurance – you can fill out this form and submit to Protection1. Protection1 will then complete the form and submit it to your insurance company for you, with your alarm system information. So, you may receive a discount on your insurance premiums, due to the presence of this alarm system.
This is an informational letter, describing how your alarm monitoring is authorized, operates, and how you should manage your alarm being monitored.

This was the original application form to install the alarm – on which you identified yourself, authorized (or denied) monitoring, and chose your 4-digit PIN to be used by you when speaking with Protection1 on the telephone; speaking this 4-digit code will confirm your identity, and that you are ok. New residents to Harbor Isles may need to download, fill-out, and resubmit this application – to establish new ownership, identity, and PIN.
Resident Alarm Services Agreement
This is Protection1’s summary of the Honeywell Lynx 5200 Alarm Console operation. While this guide describes numerous options – you may only need to know the following: Touch ‘Arm-STAY’, then type in your Panel Code, to Arm the system. That’s it. You will later DISARM your alarm by typing in your same Panel Code after opening the front door, or after touching the DISARM button.
This is an example shopping list, if you’d like to add extra features to your personal alarm service – such as a motion sensor or glass-break detector. Other features and services are also available – such as remote thermostat control, lamp control, and some features which have to be purchased via the full Harbor Isles group.
